Normally, for small ice maker, the capacity less than 180kg/day, we suggest air cooled,that because water cooded need consume lots of water, so the charge is heavy. If your capacity is more than 180kg/day, you can choose water cooded, and equiping with water cycle system is necessary.
4. The production is affected by the surrounding temperature is larger, so when you choose models, need to considering the factors of surrounding temperature and input water temperature.
