1.Feeding unit

• It is controlled by the master computer and unit man-machine interface.

• Front feeding systerm adopt frequency conversion control air volume, make feeding paper accurate,steady.

•Side, front baffle adopt movement linear guide system, make regulating stablity and accuracy.

• Appointed neat side control system, deliver paper smoothly, paper holder frame displacement electric adjustment.

• Widening type dust removal system, get rid if electrostatic equipment, pressure resistance, dust removal more perfect.

2.Printing unit

• It is controlled by the master computer and the man-machine interface.

• On both sides of the scroll lock version, stable transmission, accurate. automatically detects reset.

• Set a controlled in ink circulation system- ink section alarm protection, lack of ink, setting the ink, rapid to clean.

• Optional: Double dry ink scraper system(national invention patent).

 3.Slotting unit

•Prepressing wheel: Electically couped slotting and cutting and prepressing.
•Automatically adjusted group data setting with frequency converter revision to ensure high preision.
•Manually adjusted scoring wheel clearance with adjustment data displayed on the dial.
•7mm alloy steel scoring knives with indent heat treatment to enable grinding teeth shaip edge and high precision.
•PLC, touch screen and motorized digital 360 degree adjustment adopted form slotting phase with order being able to stored.
•Additional portable office die backer.
•Equipped with the inerlock control switch at slotting unit to achieve stop orresumepaper feed.

4.Die cutting unit

• Adopting pneumatic tooth clearance locks, guide wheel fast transversal, electric clearance and setting adjustments.
