USAGE:
The automatic woven folding sewing machine apply for the edge sewing operation of woven fabric before dyeing, used for Non spandex heavy woven fabric, no spandex warp and weft knit fabric.

Since lycra is increasingly being used in textile industry, a process of heat setting the fabric is required before dyeing. For this reason the raw tubular fabric has to be slitted open and heat fixed and then sew into tubular form again to be dyed.

FEATURES:
1.Control system based on PLC program controller and touch screen control, easy to operate.
2.Equipped with centering machine, can accurately correct the fabric at center of the machine, and ensuring a smooth cloth turn and uncurl the fabrics in a smooth way.
3.Equipped 2 sets Cloth Guider to control the edges of fabrics and made precise alignment.
4.Stitching speed can be adjusted freely.
5.Sewing edge distance can be adjusted according to demand.
6.Using continuous high speed embelish type sewing head, nail distance can be adjusted according to customer needs and equipped with automatic stop device against broken thread and drop needle.
